The best time to visit Puthuk Setumbu is June until August. why? June-August is dry season, so people get the best momment and picture without fog. moreover, the road to the top isn't wet, tourist will not fall or something else that threathen their safety.
if you want to get in, you must pay Rp 15.000. it's a cheap price to relax and enjoy the nature of Central Java and you can take some photos and save it.
